The Del Ray Business Association in Alexandria, VA commissioned this set of Art Deco style illustrations to be incorporated into banners designed by Dennis Belmont of Belmonster Creative. As you meander down Mt.Vernon Ave, Del Ray’s main street, you can see them lining the street on either side.
